Our proposal
Our vision is to deliver a well-designed, high quality, green and leafy development combining expertly crafted new dwellings within beautifully landscaped settings. This will include the improvement and enhancement of the existing landscape and ecology to create an outstanding new addition to the existing community.

Further public consultation
We held a further consultation event where we presented more detailed proposals for the site.
Submission of the application
A planning application for the Wadesmill Road development was submitted to East Herts District Council for consideration.
Anticipated decision by the Development Management Committee
Later this year we anticipate that East Herts District Council’s Development Management Committee will consider the application and make a decision.
Construction begins
If East Herts District Council approve our application, we hope to commence construction in 2024.
